Great location, right in front of the train station. The room was clean but a bit small, we couldn’t open both our luggages at the same time, but that was to be expected. The staff was friendly and helpful with our inquiries. They kept our luggage before check-in and after check-out for a few hours. Also, the breakfast bento box was delicious.

Simple and cheap, but exactly what I was looking for. Near the Niigata main station, with restaurants, shops and convenient stores all around. Basically, everything you need for a quick stay. A simple yet good breakfast was also included. All in all a regular stay at Toyoko Inn, it's always the chain I look for.

Took me a while to find this hotel although the secret is in the address: it’s on the 4th floor of the commercial building next to the station. Good business hotel with friendly staff. Recommended

Breakfast was excellent: healthy Japanese meals and staff was very kind and polite. Location was excellent: next to the bus station, train station, easy to go shopping.
